  18. My man, I'm sorry to say but your dongle has gone bad.  This is exactly what
  19. happened to me about a month ago.  Modeler pops up for a 1/2 second and kicks
  20. back out to Windows.  Lightwave works fine -- exactly what happened to me.

  22. I sent my dongle back to Newtek and they repaired it within 24 hours.  Call
  23. Tech support at 913-228-8282.

  25. When I asked about this being a common problem, they said yes it was and they
  26. "are looking into it."  They suggested not hooking your printer into the
  27. dongle.
